EXPERIENCE:

· • Began my career with, starting my own construction and stone crushing unit, VIRAJ STONE CRUSHING UNIT / 3 ACE CONSTRUCTION from 1988-2000 in Pune.
• Entered the Hotel industry in Hyderabad – Owned and Managed Restaurant Cum Bar, TAJ INDUS, The restaurant had a capacity of 160 seats and ran for eight years (From 2000 to 2008)
• In 2005 opened another All vegetarian restaurant – NAIVYEDIAM with 80 seater capacity, 250 pax banquet hall and 13 rooms. Operational till 2013 in Secundrabad, Hyderabad.
• Diversified to Kolkata in 2006 and opened GN INTERNATIONAL – Bar and Restaurant. Comprising of two floors with live band still operational.
• Expanded into hotel/lodging sector in 2014 and opened GN INTERNATIONAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL in Hyderabad. The property consists of 20 rooms and 100 pax conference hall still functioning.
• Constructed a five floor commercial building in Secundrabad, Hyderabad in 2017. Property given for lease as off 2020.
• Opened another Restaurant cum Bar – CHINA GATE (Kolkata) along with FL.off wine shop, in 2018 still operational.
• December 2019 entered the hotel/lodging sector in Kolkata with GN INTERNATIONAL HOTEL a 24 room property still operational.
